WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?
Orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched that day. If we experience an unusually large number of orders, we may change the 1pm cut-off to an earlier time so that we can keep our promise to the customers who have already placed their orders. We deliver Australia wide and are continually working on our rates. When a metro customer purchases online from any state in the country the final price will be based on the wines selected plus the cost of the courier, which will be displayed at the end of the purchase process.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched that day. For all Metro Deliveries, please allow for 2-5 days for deliveries. For all Regional/Country Deliveries, please allow for up to a week for delivery.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If your order has been processed correctly, you will receive the order confirmation by email.
When your package has been received by our carrier, you will receive a track & trace link in your email. You can always find the track & trace link under your own account on our website.
With the track & trace you can see when you can expect the delivery person.
MY ORDER WAS WRONG OR DAMAGED, WHAT NOW?
